Stripped is an album by The Rolling Stones released in November 1995 after the Voodoo Lounge Tour. It contains six live tracks and eight studio recordings. The live tracks were taken from four 1995 performances, at three small venues, and include a cover of Bob Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone", which was the first single from the album.

Totally Stripped" Deluxe Blu-Ray + CD Set features the full length documentary with a 20 page booklet, plus 3 of The Rolling Stones' seminal performances at three iconic venues across 3 BLU-RAYs, and 14 track live CD album.

The album title comes from the fact that these sessions and concerts were relatively stripped down compared to The Rolling Stones' arena shows. Several tracks include acoustic guitar, but there's also lots of electric guitar on here. Bassist Bill Wyman left the group in 1993, and in the video above you can see a young Darryl Jones holding down the low end. The Stones has a resurgence in the '90s with the Voodoo Lounge album, but this is still far from the height of their powers in the '60s and '70s. In related news, The Rolling Stones will be a part of this year's Desert Trip Music Festival, where they will be performing with Bob Dylan on October 7 and October 14.

The Rolling Stones' 1995 acoustic live album Stripped will see the deluxe reissue treatment with a multi-disc overhaul due in stores later this year. Titled Totally Stripped and due June 3, the expanded set collects the three complete shows from the spring of 1995 - the Paradiso in Amsterdam, L’Olympia in Paris and Brixton Academy in London - that the band later combed through to create the original LP's live track listing. Take a look at the complete track listing for the set below.

The Rolling Stones played the first of two nights at The Paradiso on 26 May 1995. A little over a week after the album came out, The Stones played one of their traditional warm up gigs, this one at the RPM Club in Toronto, and almost two weeks later the opening night of the full tour at Washington’s Robert F Kennedy Stadium. Between 1 August 1 and 18 December 18 1994, The Stones criss-crossed America and Canada, playing stadia, domes, bowls, fields, along with the odd arena thrown in for good measure, before heading South

Released in time for the 21st anniversary of the Rolling Stones' 1995 live album Stripped, Eagle Rock's Totally Stripped package focuses on the visual element. At its simplest, it's a CD/DVD set, with the DVD containing a documentary following the Stones through studio sessions and rehearsals for their club shows in London, Amsterdam, and Paris, while a super deluxe set contains Blu-rays of the full concerts of each of these gigs.

The Rolling Stones announce the release of Totally Stripped, with Eagle Rock Entertainment. The package includes a live album, the Totally Stripped documentary, and three live shows from 1995. One of the most anticipated releases in recent years, this collection features the Rolling Stones going back to the source of many of their favourite tracks, creating new stripped back versions. Selected material from studio sessions and shows presented here formed the Stripped album of 1995

Totally Stripped is a newly-revised version of the documentary that was originally made to coincide with the release of The Rolling Stones Stripped album released in November 1995. It tells the story of the two studio sessions and three live shows that made up the Stripped project
