It is a compilation album of previously released material, and was not issued in the UK, although the album was also released at approximately the same time in Canada. It peaked at on the Billboard 200.

But the Who, thank God, made it on their own, and Decca, afraid of losing any of the golden eggs, has released this album in hope of keeping Pete Townshend and Co. in the public eye while the Who work on their Blind Deaf and Dumb Boy opera. Thus we’re presented with this random collection of tracks, some superb ( Magic Bus, Pictures of Lily and Disguises ), some good, (like Bucket-T ), some bad (John Entwistle’s cuts on this LP just don’t touch Whiskey Man or Boris ), and as a real drag, even three repeats from earlier albums. But maybe we all ought to be writing angry letters - the Who deserve better, and so do we. In This Article: John Entwistle, Keith Moon, Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey, The Who.

Who, The – Magic Bus Label: Decca (2) – DL 75064 Format: Vinyl, LP, Album Country: Canada Released: 1968 Genre: Rock Style: Rock & Roll. Both cover and vinyl in very good condition with the exception of a minor stain on back of cover and lower corners creased slightly. I love this album and have a very scratched up LP - and this was the only CD I could find. It's not great sound, and I'm not a hardcore sound person, but not a softcore one either. It's just barely good-enough, if you want to revisit Magic Bus. Timing and other issues related to this purchase were fine.
