White Label "Stolen Voices" is an album of elaborate bootleg remixes of rare or unreleased tracks and long-lost demos. The only elements used in the finished tracks are the original lead and backing vocals, plus stray bits of guitar or piano or whatever.

The results are exciting and have the potential to appeal to a wider audience than previously intended. In a world where one of music’s major purposes is to express emotion and reach other individuals, White Label do these artists a favor by expanding their audience. Beyond that, White Label do not envision the result as their creation. This track was unreleased; it did not make the cut for the 1973 Beach Boys album Holland. Thankfully White Label uncovered this treasure and altered the song without destroying it. The soft bass and drums fuse effortlessly with the caressing piano. They are the perfect accompaniment to comforting and gentle Wilson vocals. The essence of Wilson is not lost; he is still the main player in this arrangement.

Follow-up to "Stolen Voices", "Stolen Voices 1972 EP" features 4 songs that are based on samples from songs originally recorded in the year 1972. Source recordings include Marc Bolan demos "Would I Be The One" and "Is It True"; Neil Young's "Everybody's Alone"; Roberta Flack's "Trade Winds"; Fred Neil's "December's Dream"; and Mickey Newbury's "Flower Man". Stolen Voices, Buried Secrets is an American true crime television series on the Investigation Discovery Network. The program is different from other true-crime series because the murders are portrayed from the omniscient point-of-view of the victim using "fictionalized dialogue". While the all-seeing narrator knows who was responsible, the series allows viewers to piece together who is the culprit based on clues from investigators, family and friends as each story unfolds.
