Gas and ice are a syncapated sound that sends us back along where the skins hung out. But it was . It was all right We were, we were The untouchables tonight. The Final Album by Generation X under the name of Gen X in 1981. Terry Chimes: drums James Stevenson, Steve Jones, John McGeoch, Steve New, guitars. This is a good album. The difference IMO between the early years of generation X and the later GEN X seems a bit more professional, maybe the producers had to do with that. The change in a few band members changed the style a bit & Billy's voice showed some maturity/seasoning. Now Im not saying GenX is better or worse, just recognizing the difference!
