MTV Unplugged is a live album by Polish singer Kayah, released in 2007. The album was Kayah's first live album, first album released under her own record label Kayax, and first MTV Unplugged album in Eastern Europe. The material was recorded at an intimate concert for 200 people on November 28, 2006 in Łódź, Poland. The performance featured numerous guests, among others, Polish pop-jazz singer Anna Maria Jopek and American beatboxer Chesney Snow

MTV Unplugged was released in three formats: CD, DVD and CD+DVD. 1. Album – Album, is a collection of audio recordings issued as a single item on CD, record, audio tape, or another medium. MTV Unplugged is ninth overall and first live album by Polish singer Kayah. It was recorded on 28 November 2006 in film studio Toya in Lodz, Poland. With its release on 23 March 2007 it became first such production in central-eastern Europe. It is also her first album under her own label Kayax. Kayah performed songs from previous albums ("Testosteron", "Dzielę na pół", "Na językach") as well as songs from her upcoming new album Skała ("Lśnię", "Co ich to obchodzi").
